Reflection
You can't fly without sprouting wings. You can't grow unless you put down strong roots into good soil. You can't offer warmth to others if your own fireplace is cold and empty. We can only love with the amount of love that is in us. Whether we are conscious of it or not, we have to have the capacity of love for ourselves - not that which is selfish or egotistic - to be able to extend love to others.
